The room here was well-kept and had a modern touch, plus the dinner and breakfast dishes were absolutely delicious; the location is stunning, and the staff provided excellent service overall.

Located in a charming bastide town, we loved the comfortable and well-maintained rooms. the breakfast spread was generous, with homemade preserves to add to the experience. the swimming pool was a nice touch, giving guests the option to cool off on hot days. the provision of a fridge, cold water, and communal kettle was very thoughtful.

There was some confusion with restaurant reservations upon arrival, but it did not detract from the experience.

We stayed at La Bastide for the Salon des Antiquaires in Villefranche Du Perigord. The location was perfect for us, right in the heart of the village. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a pool for summer visits. The owners, Karin and Alwin, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The restaurant at La Bastide served exceptional meals that were cooked to Michelin standards. The small extras like the use of a microwave, laundry facilities, and local knowledge made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again if we were passing through.
